Terms & refunds

What stays free

Your Chinese name, its pronunciation, and its meaning are free, always. You can copy and share them with no payment.

Instant digital items (seal pack, deep reading)

These are personalized digital goods created for you and delivered immediately after payment. Because they are made to order and delivered at once, they are final sale: by purchasing you agree to immediate delivery and waive any right of withdrawal or cooling-off period. We do not offer refunds on instant digital items.

If a file fails to deliver or is faulty, email us and we will fix it or re-send it at no charge.

Reading by a native scholar

This is a personalized written interpretation prepared by a person. It is delivered within 7 days on your private reading page. It is an interpretation, not a prediction or a statement of fact, and it does not promise any outcome.

If we are unable to deliver your reading, you receive a full refund. If you feel your reading missed something you provided, we will revise it once, free of charge. Because the work is personally prepared for you, we do not refund a completed reading on the basis of taste or disagreement with the interpretation.

The referral refund

After any purchase you receive a personal link. If three people buy the same tier or a higher one through your link, your own payment is refunded in full, with no need to ask. Referrals count once they are 60 days old and have not been disputed. This is a refund of your own purchase, not a commission, and there is no cash payout.

Not fortune-telling

Everything here is offered for cultural and personal interest. Nothing on Find My Chinese Name is a prediction of the future or advice about money, health, relationships, or any life decision.
